This series started out with an original, interesting story line, but, I can now usually predict what's going to happen next before it happens. Actually, at this point, I don't really care about what happens next. So why buy any more of these books just to find out what happened at the end of the previous ones? Another $2.99 for the next book which takes less than a day (2 hours) to read and then leaves you hanging? Why not incorporate them all into one satisfying book? Have some respect for your readers. Bye bye to this series, and anything else written by this author. I was sucked into the story during the first book; and was disappointed by the very not so subtle cliffhanger. Each book I have read has left me more disappointed. This book? The first two chapters are from the book previous. To say I felt cheated is putting mildly. Then you get dangled NY yet another cliff hanger. I read the preview for the next book, and considering the last two Amanda/Dahul chapters will be the next books first two chapters and the preview will be the ones(s) following, I'll take a hard pass. I won't be continuing this series.
