This is one of those books that I've had on my kindle forever. I've always wanted to read it but 363 pages is intimidating. I finally said 'what the heck' and jumped in. It took me several days but I loved it. I felt so bad for Luci. He was pretty lost and his father ignored him. I liked that he was able to bond with his brother and sister over time. Tooth was great. I liked how he took care of Luci. It did seem strange that he felt he could punish Luci right after meeting him but I went with it and found I loved it. I liked how he could be both rough and gentle with Luci. It was really cute when he let Luci take care of his hair and beard.I loved the 2nd half of this book. Everything seemed to come together. The action picked up and things got interesting. I was actually surprised by a couple of things. I liked how everything came to a head at the end even though I didn't love the fallout. I loved the epilogue though! The Devil’s Ride was aptly named. It was a ride from beginning to end. The opening scene of Tooth busting into the strip club and grabbing Luci started the book off with a bang and it never slowed down from there. Tooth is the dominant Vice President of the Coffin Nails MC; he’s dangerous, sexy, and knows how to handle himself. He also knows how to handle Luci, the beautiful, twinky ex-stripper who also happens to be Tooth’s boss’ son. The chemistry between these two was intense, and balanced beautifully by the tension of having to hide their relationship from Priest, Luci’s father and the Coffin Nails MC President. Their forbidden relationship, as well as dangerous people from Luci’s past, was the perfect recipe for a steamy and hot story.Overall Rating: 5 Stars. This story was written beautifully with gorgeous erotic scenes between Tooth and Luci. I highly recommend it.
